A. Section 551.087. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the FEDC has received from a business prospect and to deliberate the offer or other incentives to a business prospect.

B. Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:

i) South of Eldorado Parkway, North of Main Street, East of Dallas North Tollway and West of Preston Road .

C. Section 551.071. Meeting with Attorney regarding a matter(s) in which the duty of the Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with the Open Meetings Act regarding:

i) Legal issues regarding Design-Build Agreement with Sinacola Commercial, Ltd.; and

ii) Legal issues regarding Lease Agreement with North Texas Enterprise Center for Medical Technology ( NTEC Inc.)

3. Reconvene into Regular Session and take any action required as a result of Closed Session

4. Consider and act upon Real Estate Sales Contract with Frisco Center Properties, Inc.

5. Consider and act upon Design-Build Agreement with Sinacola Commercial, Ltd.

6. Consider and act upon Lease Agreement with North Texas Enterprise Center for Medical Technology (NTEC Inc.)

7. Consider and act upon Performance Agreement with North Texas Enterprise Center for Medical Technology (NTEC Inc.)

8. Consider and act upon date change for the August FEDC Regular Board Meeting

9. Adjourn

- Considering the standards, guidelines, terms or conditions the Board of Directors will follow, or will instruct its representatives to follow, in consultation with representatives of employee groups.
